FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport and can be used in construction and repair of pipelines with internal anticorrosive coating. In the method, the removed segment is localized and cut out. Then repair bushing is placed inside one of connected pipes. Said bushing comprises case with mounting ropes fixed in case middle part. Heat-insulating material is placed on the outer surface of the casing, radial thrust ledges are made, between which an elastic seal made of, for example, rubber is placed into the formed groove. Sealant polymer mastic is applied on external surface of bushing case between two resilient seals, which is uniformly distributed throughout the radius with the height of the seal. Intrinsic surface of the sleeve is coated with anticorrosion coating. Then the mastic is applied on the inner surface of the second pipe uniformly along the entire circumference, after which the pipes are brought together and leveled. After that, pulling the mounting ropes, move the bushing from the first pipe to the second pipe to the middle of the bushing body length, thus forming the mastic roller in the second pipe, and then the pipes joint is welded. Method is economical, increases labor efficiency.

EFFECT: invention allows for higher quality of installation of bushings of internal protection of weld seam due to improved technology, which allows seam sealing on fixed pipe.
