FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates mainly to drives of rotary structures of spacecraft, for example panels of solar panels or antennae. Device represents a driving spring one end, which is fixed on a drive roller, structurally connected to one of the turning parts, made by means of a spring tape twisting in a spiral. Spring creates a moment counteracting its unwinding along the drive roller due to rotation of the spiral around the drive roller, under action of the second rotary part. At that, driving spring, which spring tape is narrow in the middle and expanding to both ends, ensures maximum driving moment at the beginning and at the end of deployment, multiple to the moment of movement resistance on the corresponding deployment area.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of swiveling drive for deployment of solar panels or antennae of spacecraft, which provides maximum driving moment, created by drive spring, at beginning and end of deployment, multiple to moment of resistance of movement in corresponding deployment area.
