FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical equipment, and can be used in surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, as well as in orthopedic dentistry. Disclosed is a robotic system intended for installation of dental implants and odontopreparation, consisting of a machine with numerical programmed control, in which a dental tip is fixed, and a unit for fixing the jaw relative to the machine. Robot-assisted system is capable of detecting spatial position of jaw in Cartesian coordinate system, and monitor angular and linear deviations of patient's jaw in process of operation relative to selected coordinate system, due to gyroscopes and accelerometers, by means of which in online mode head position tracking in 3 planes of Cartesian coordinates system, is also capable of installing cylindrical dental implants in real time, as well as grinding solid teeth tissues for various types of fixed orthopedic structures.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of dental implant positioning and accuracy of dental implantation protocol implementation.
