SUBSTANCE: medicine, orthopaedic treatment using non-removable orthopaedic structures. Solid-state computer model of the patient's oral cavity is obtained, and a solid-state computer model of the prosthesis is built on its basis. Variants of supporting surfaces are modelled on models of supporting teeth and corresponding supporting surfaces on the prosthesis model. The strength characteristics of prosthesis models and models of supporting teeth are analysed with the help of finite element method taking into account the characteristics of the interacting supporting surfaces in the ANSYS program. Based on the data obtained, a variant of the shape and location of the supporting surfaces is selected. Ceramic milling is used to make a prosthesis with supporting surfaces corresponding to the simulated surfaces on the selected variant of a solid-state computer model of the prosthesis. Support surfaces are implemented on the bearing teeth in accordance with the supporting surfaces on the selected variant of the solid-state computer model of the supporting teeth and then the prosthesis is installed.

EFFECT: reduction of surgical intervention traumatism during orthopaedic treatment using non-removable orthopaedic structures.
