Device for processing a service request comprises: a receiving module configured to receive a service request, a consensus verification module, a storage module configured to store a digest in the child chicken in response to determining that the service request undergoes consensus verification, a sending module configured to send service data to at least one service node or send an acknowledgment instruction to a service node initiating the target service, and sending data to another service node. Method describes operation of the device.
