SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and is intended to control communication between consensus nodes and client nodes. To achieve the technical result, the method includes generating, by a consensus node, a certificate signing request (CSR); sending a CSR to a first certification authority (CA); receiving the first public key certificate of the consensus node from the first CA and the first one or more public key certificates issued by the first one or more CA. Consensus nodes also send the CSR to the second CA, receive the second public key certificate of the consensus node from the second CA and the second one or more public key certificates issued by the second one or more CA. Consensus node further configures a first trusted certificate store, including a first public key certificate and first one or more public key certificates, and a second trusted certificate store, including a second public key certificate and second one or more public key certificates.
