FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, particularly to veterinary helminthology, and can be used for treating animal helminthiasis. Invention relates to a solid dispersion of fenbendazole, PVP and DSSN at the following weight ratio: 10:89.9:0.10 and proposed method of obtaining, consisting in a combined mechanical-chemical treatment in a roller ball mill with addition of 800 g of metal balls for 2 hours during rotation of the drum at rate of 70 revolutions per minute to obtain a solid powder with particle size of up to 10 mcn.
EFFECT: declared preparation possesses high solubility in water, increased bioavailability, high efficacy, reduced toxicity, extended spectrum of action with reduced therapeutic dose.
