FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of improving environment and returning to economic circulation lands contaminated with oil products. Oil sludge and/or oily soil with water content from 0.01 to 99.9 % and content of oil product of not more than 20 % is mixed with a complex of mineral and organic components, consisting of bird droppings and/or manure of cattle, glauconite, phosphogypsum and sunflower husks in ratio of 2:1.5:1:0.15 by weight. Sunflower husks are represented by two fractions: whole and milled at ratio of 4:1. Biopreparation is introduced and mixed. Produced mass is laid on glauconite substrate with height of 1/20 of collar height. Compost aeration is performed every 15–20 days.
EFFECT: method allows performing oil sludge processing and cleaning of oil soils in a short period of time.
