METHOD OF OIL SLUDGE PROCESS AND RESIDUE GROUND CLEANING Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC B09C1/10

Abstract RU 2376083 C1

FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention related to oil-and-gas production, particularly to methods of ground environmental improvement and returning grounds contaminated with hydrocarbons, particularly with oil sludge or residue ground into husbandry use. Method includes oil sludge collection with water content from 0.01 to 99.9%, injection of organic components into oil sludge, creation porosity of the material, creation conditions for oxygen penetration into material, completion of oiloxidating microorganisms multicomponent interaction with structurally chargeable clump composition, transition of mentioned before oil sludge composition and residue ground into highlyhumous soil, also oil slugged enriches with organic components such as chipped upper part of weeds or cultural plants, straw, straw dung, peat, champignon treated compost, active mud form industrial water treatment ect, in which before entering into oil sludge of residue ground add chicken dung or multicomponent mineral fertiliser in quantity 0.5-1.5 kg per 1 tonn of plain components for better nutrition and fastening of soil micro flora active growth, first of all, carbon destroying microorganisms, cover mass of processed oil sludge of residue ground with adding mentioned above plant components in volume 75-125%, add to the created material lime or mineral white up to 1% of oil sludge volume of ground till PH factor reaches 5.5-8.0 value and put this mass into collars up to 4 m height and up to 7 m width, every 5-10 days during 1-3 month execute compost aeration by displacing collars for carbon gas, extracted during hydrocarbons biodestruction withdrawal.

EFFECT: invention lets to clean oil sludge and residue grounds without consumption of big amount of dung, which replaced with other organic disposals, cleaning materials consumption decrease and cheaper and faster cleaning.
