FIELD: hand tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tool production and can be used for field work in the absence of electric energy. Proposed tool comprises case composed of lower cup and upper cup connected therewith and having conic vertical slot on its cylindrical surface. There is an internal shaft located in the middle of the cavity of the lower cup by means of an intermediate support and fixed with possibility of rotation in the bearing placed in the hole of bottom of the lower cup. On the upper end of the shaft and on the edge of the inner surface of the upper cup, ends of the spring are fixed by means of triangular retainers with a loop. Lower end of inner shaft extends outward from lower cup and has thread for installation on shaft of plate with abrasive strip or collet clamp to accommodate round nail file, round file, abrasive wheel, cutoff wheel, brush or cardholder.
EFFECT: performing various operations in field conditions.
