FIELD: dosing and mixing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dosing and mixing device for preparation of a disinfectant aqueous solution based on hydrogen peroxide or peracetic acid. Device for preparation of disinfectant solution comprises a frame and functional units located on the frame: an air preparation unit, a water treatment unit, a vacuum ejector, unit for adjusting pressure of solution and air with pressure regulators, dispenser dispensing device, mixing tank, consumable tanks, container with disinfectant, unit for disinfectant injection, control panel with control panel, and traffic light tower. Functional units are connected by pipe layout including a system of valves, wherein vacuum ejector is made connected to pipe layout for creation of low pressure in it, and the disinfectant dispensing device comprises a tank and a strain sensor connected to the tank, which provides accurate metered supply of the disinfectant into the dispensing device.
EFFECT: optimizing the design of the device and providing accurate dosing, continuous preparation of the disinfectant solution.
