FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrothermics and can be used for production of flexible heating elements. Method of producing electrically conductive filaments enables production of a soot-filled fluorine-containing acetone solution in a dissolver, where at first 2/3 of the calculated amount of acetone is poured, and then, when the stirrer is switched on, fluoroplastic is filled and remaining 1/3 part of acetone is poured, followed by stirring for 5 hours. Then soot is added in amount of 57.5±2.5 % of the filled amount of fluoroplastic and mixed for 3 hours. Further, the solution is fed into a pulsating-rotary homogenizer, in which the intensive dispersion process is carried out for 16 hours at temperature of 45 °C. After that, it is de-aerated by standing in spinning tanks for 12 hours. After application of the seed-filled fluorine-containing acetone solution on the whisker core in the spinneret, the obtained workpiece of the electroconductive filament is dried by hot air at 120 °C, which is supplied counter-current to its movement from the draw plate.

EFFECT: wider range of use of the method with simultaneous production of electroconductive threads using the disclosed method with improved operational characteristics without complicating the process of their production.
