SUBSTANCE: conducting bicomponent fiber consists of core - carbon fiber based on hydrated cellulose with linear density of 6O-6OO tex, linear electric resistance of 77.5-805 Ohm/m and resistivity of 10-3 Ohm. cm, and shell made of organosilicon rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene with linear electric resistance of, at least, 1.10 MOhm/m.
