Computing device is programmed with the possibility to electrically load the vehicle storage battery when determining that the ambient temperature is equal to or exceeds the first temperature; measuring voltage of storage battery during loading; determine voltage section flat part value; and identify the accumulator battery as not meeting the requirements when determining that the flat part value of the graph is less than the target voltage.
