FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing picoline or nicotinic acid adducts with ascorbic acid, characterized in that to aqueous solution of ascorbic acid is added picolinic acid or nicotinic acid (pre-treated with microwave radiation) in molar ratio of 1:2 (C6H5NO2:C6H8O6) with constant stirring at room temperature, after a short stirring, a precipitate of picoline or nicotinic acid adduct with ascorbic acid is formed, which after hourly crystallisation is filtered, then the obtained adduct precipitate is washed with small portions of the solvent and dried in air.
EFFECT: disclosed are apoptosis-inducing agents and a method for production thereof.
