SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the excavating equipment. Excavating machine comprises basic tractor, soil cutter with lifting and lowering hydraulic cylinders, bucket elevator, hopper with unloading mechanism, baffle plate and belt conveyor. At that, the baffle plate and the belt conveyor are installed behind and in parallel to the soil-cutting organ by the outlet to the loading funnel of the bucket elevator. Ground boring member is made in the form of milling-throwing drum with guide casing. Storage hopper is made with side unloading and is equipped with soil volume sensor connected to soil volume indicators and through time relay with electrically driven hydraulic distributor of unload hydraulic cylinders inclusion, which are hingedly connected by bodies with side walls and rods with moving bottom, equipped with rollers on horizontal guides in front part and on vertical guides in rear part. At that, milling-throwing drum, belt conveyor and bucket elevator are equipped with speed-controlled drives in form of adjustable hydraulic motors.
