SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, to the confectionery industry. Disclosed is a fruit candy comprising natural honey and filler, wherein the filler used is raisins, figs paste, dried plums, apple fibers, wheat fibers, flax seeds, ground cardamom, wherein the following ratio of initial components is used, wt. %: figs paste 48.0–53.0; dried plums 15,0–20,0; apple fibers 0.5–1.0; wheat fiber 0.5–1.0; honey natural floral 4.0–10.0; ground cardamom 1.5–2.0; flax seeds 10.0–13.0; raisins to 100.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a fruit candy with high organoleptic indices, in particular rich and saturated taste enriched with vitamins, macro- and microelements.
