FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing oligomers of pent-1-ene by reacting pent-1-ene with a zeolite-based catalyst. Method is characterized by that catalyst used is hierarchical zeolite H-Ymmm in amount of 10–30 wt% to the starting olefin and the reaction is carried out in an autoclave at temperature of 110–200 °C for 5–15 hours.
EFFECT: more efficient method of producing oligomers of pent-1ene, which enables to obtain oligomers with high output.
