FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, namely, to propeller composite blade structure. Composite blade propeller includes core from carbon-fiber plastic, layer of viscoelastic material and external power shell from carbon-fiber plastic. Layer of viscoelastic material covers the entire blade surface with thickness equal to 3–7 thicknesses of carbon fiber layer formed during hardening of composite blade.
EFFECT: reduced vibration levels and noise of propulsor.
