FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: hollow blade of marine screw propeller has contour of acinaciform shape and is made as cast-welded. Besides internal force structure is arranged in the form of force longitudinal beam installed in cavity of blade radially along its length and transverse force elements, which are installed along cylindrical lines. Moreover, at section of blade, starting from value of blade span that corresponds to 0.5 of screw propeller radius to root part, mass of incoming edge is increased, and mass of outgoing edge is reduced to minimum. Internal cavities of blade are filled with composite vibration-damping granulated material, having low specific weight. Root part of blade is arranged with the possibility of mechanical fixation to screw propeller hub via vibration-damping gaskets.
EFFECT: reduced vibration and edge noise of blade in process of screw propeller operation, minimised radiation with discrete spectrum at reduced weight of blade and high strength properties.
