FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: vessel propulsor comprises a hub, blades, and a gasket of a vibration-damping material between them. The blades have a butt on the extension of the outside profiled blade part, which is located beyond the overflowing stream and is used for fastening, e.g. by bolts, the blade to a hub with a length not less than 1/3 the full blade length and with a thickness not exceeding the maximum thickness of the outer blade part. The point of the blade attachment to the hub comprises the blade movement limiters, for example washers, the size of which is equal to the thickness of the gasket of a vibration-damping material, arranged between the hub and the butt.
EFFECT: reducing the level of blade vibration and noise radiated during the propulsor operation.
