FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hydrogen-containing synthesis gas by hydrocarbon reforming, in particular to extraction of carbon dioxide during purification of said synthesis gas. Method includes reforming hydrocarbon material (101) and purifying crude synthesis gas, which comprises converting carbon monoxide shift to carbon dioxide and subsequent absorption of carbon dioxide in absorbent medium (7a, 14) to obtain a stream of medium (5), rich in CO2. Further, this medium is regenerated by extraction of CO2 absorbed therein, wherein crude synthesis gas (102) is obtained at a reforming step at a pressure of at least 45 bar, regenerating the medium with high CO2 content includes chemical regeneration step, and medium with high content of CO2 during chemical regeneration has temperature of at least 150 °C.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of energy efficiency of extraction of carbon dioxide and its use for production of urea at ammonia/urea plant.
