FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for dust removal during loading and unloading operations and can be used in food industry and production of fodders for animals where dusts with different physical and chemical properties are formed. System comprises a bearing frame, a centrifugal fan with a dust separator, an electric motor control unit connected to the wind speed and direction sensor. System is additionally equipped with an automatic device for spectral control of dust content, which consists of a radiator, which generates, according to a given program, different radiation spectra and a radiation receiver associated with the program unit. In the process of determining dustiness of air by the radiator, a radiation of different spectral composition is generated according to a given program, which is received by the radiation receiver, and the program unit, based on the signal from the radiation receiver, corrects the radiation spectrum for compliance with the maximum sensitivity of the radiation receiver depending on the optical properties of the dust, which are caused by the type and dispersion of the dust, thereby increasing the accuracy of the air dust content.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining air dustiness when unloading loose materials into a receiving hopper.
