FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of isolating and identifying groups of bacteria Pseudomonas putida and Pseudomonas fluorescens. Method provides for seeding of analyzed material into a liquid selective synthetic nutrient medium containing L-serine, osalmide (CAS 526-18-1), dimethylsulphoxide, NaCl, Na2SO4, MgSO44, KH2PO4, K2HPO4 and distilled water in preset proportions. Method includes incubating under aerobic conditions at 28 °C for 48 hours with subsequent re-seeding onto a dense nutrient medium of the same composition, containing agar additionally, and incubation at 28 °C in aerobic conditions for 24–48 hours. Identification of groups of bacteria Pseudomonas putida and Pseudomonas fluorescens is carried out by the presence of grown colonies or lawn of bacteria.
EFFECT: invention increases selectivity of extraction from the environment of Pseudomonas putida and Pseudomonas fluorescens.
