FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of encapsulating particles of solid reactive substances, such as, for example, metals, metalloids, hydrides, etc. for use in industry as energy additives. Method is based on deposition of a film-forming substance with an active polar group from its solution in an organic solvent on encapsulated particles under conditions of constant mixing in a closed mixer, in which a prepared solution of a film-forming substance is mixed with a previously prepared suspension of encapsulated particles heated to a temperature not higher than the boiling point of the solvent, after mixing obtained mixture, temperature is lowered to precipitate in form of microcapsules, which are directed for separation and drying. Film-forming substance used is an organofluorine compound which is selected from oligomers of perfluoric acid or derivatives thereof with molecular weight of not more than 5,000, and an identical organofluorine solvent is used to prepare the solution and suspension.
EFFECT: invention simplifies encapsulation of particles.
