SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to heat supply systems for residential, public and industrial buildings. Electric generating heater comprises two pipes of upper and lower headers, vertical pipes of round section connecting cavities of upper and lower headers along their entire length, vertical thermoelectric sections pressed to frontal and rear surface of vertical pipes, each of which consists of vertical U-shaped support frame made of material with high heat conductivity, vertical ends of which are made with two threaded holes, equipped on longitudinal ends with vertical flanges, the ends of which are made with fastening holes, through which tightening bolts are passed, on the external surface of each U-shaped support frame there are n flat Peltier elements.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of the most reliable and efficient heating device.
