FIELD: thermoelectric-power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat and power engineering and can be used for utilization of thermal energy of natural sources, namely for direct transformation of solar energy into electric energy under different conditions. Solar thermal power plant comprises a rectangular plane assembled of rectangular sections, each of which is a photo-heat-tube-thermoelectric transducer coated with a waterproofing film, inside which there is a photocell connected by its rear side to a heat-pipe heat exchanger made in the form of a rectangular housing, the cover and bottom of which are coated from the inside with a grate made of strips of capillary material, partially filled with working fluid, in cavity of grate housing, covers and bottom are interconnected by vertical wicks also partially filled with working fluid and coated with cylindrical casings with triangular slots made on their upper and lower ends and attached to cover and bottom of housing.
EFFECT: invention provides efficiency of universal solar thermal power plant.
