FIELD: soil or rock drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of wells directing, namely, to rock-destructing tools for rock drilling. Diamond rock cutting tool comprises housing, diamond-bearing matrix attached thereto with annular grooves on end, limited by flushing slots on sectors, lengthwise holes extending into matrix end face. Flushing slots are separated by partitions of not less than their height on matrix width. Longitudinal holes are arranged by the matrices extending from the rear side of the partition wall and are hydraulically connected to annular grooves. Bunch of longitudinal holes and annular grooves between sectors, alternating, shifted horizontally. At the bottom and side walls of the annular grooves cavities are made, which parallel to the latter extend to the flushing slots opposite to the tool rotation.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption of well drilling process and values of axial load on tool, improvement of its resource capabilities.
