SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for production of soft hawthorn fruit tincture. Method of producing soft haw fruit infusion, characterized by that dried soft haw fruits or dried soft haw fruits are milled and placed in a flask in amount of 10 g, then adding 7 ml of 70 % ethyl alcohol for maceration, the next day adding to same flask 20 ml of 70 % ethyl alcohol, pouring 20 ml of the obtained extract again and adding to the residue in flask 70 % ethyl alcohol 20 ml, in a day, 20 ml of the extract from the fruit is drained by combining it with the first portion, 10 ml of 70 % ethyl alcohol is again added to the residue in the flask, after one day of infusion, 10 ml of the extract is again drained by combining it with the first two portions, the obtained extract is settled in refrigerator for 3 days, after which it is thoroughly filtered.

EFFECT: tincture obtained using the method described above is characterized by high content of total flavonoids in terms of catechin, which is four times higher than content in the industrial sample of the preparation.
