Device for setting rental fee is configured to set first and second rental boards in accordance with at least one of: initial state of power accumulation device during start-up, history of driving electric vehicle during use and history of surroundings during use. At that, the first rent payment represents a rental payment during the predetermined period, when the method of using the power accumulation device is a lease, and the second rental fee is a rental fee for a predetermined period, when the method of using the transport part is a lease.
EFFECT: achieving a rental charge taking into account various characteristics associated with the battery and/or transport parts of the electric vehicle.
