SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of controlling electric vehicles. To this end, disclosed is a method of controlling a vehicle, in which control is carried out based on identification information associated with a vehicle, which establishes the use condition, by obtaining the vehicle identification information from the electric vehicle and determining whether the identification information is invalid based on the usage condition in the obtained identification information. Prescribed limitation is applied to charge accumulator of electric vehicle having identification information when determining that identification information is invalid.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of limited charge of accumulator after expiry of lease of vehicle to prevent discharge of onboard accumulator.
