SUBSTANCE: when the vehicle return process is performed, the collection setting device identifies the area to which the vehicle is returned (step S215), and calculates area-based SOC of the identified area (step S220). Collection setting device determines whether or not the discount is applied for the alignment applicable (step S240). Collection setting device compares the area SOC for the zone in which the user leases the vehicle, and the zone SOC for the zone to which the user returns the vehicle. When the zonal SOC for the zone in which the user leases the vehicle exceeds the zonal SOC for the zone, in which user returns vehicle, discount for leveling is applied.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vehicles usage.
