FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of samples of pulp-like materials at dressing plants of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy. Automatic sample preparation system includes frame (1), tank (2), vacuum pump (3), a filtrate level sensor (5), a filtrate discharge valve (4) and several identical filtration sections, each of which includes station (6) for receiving and deaeration of samples, dynamic contractor (7) of samples, shell (8), base, mesh, filter paper, pulp feed hose (13). Sections of filtration additionally contain air flow distributors (14), covers (9) of shell (8) with handles (15) and stoppers, hot air duct, fluoroplastic gaskets, heating elements: clamp or plate type. Each filtration section of the complex comprises regulator (31), the inputs of which are connected to the output of level sensor (5) and output terminals of thermocouples. Outlets of regulator (31) are connected to inlet of filtrate discharge valve (4) and input terminals of voltage supply to heating elements.
EFFECT: high efficiency of sample preparation due to shorter time for sample preparation for analysis.
