FIELD: mining, chemical and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for express analysis of the elemental composition of pulp products and can be used in mining, chemical and other industries. The automatic system for monitoring the elemental composition of samples of pulp products contains several identical lines, each of which includes means for sampling, accumulating and sending samples, transport lines, air-separating tanks, reducers, complexes of equipment for preparing and submitting samples for analysis, an analyzer of the elemental composition of samples, and a control controller. The device additionally contains a video camera, a complex of equipment for preparing and submitting samples for analysis contains a belt conveyor equipped with a material level sensor on the belt and an adjustable electric drive, vacuum cups consisting of separate parts, the first of which are hollow cylinder bodies located above the conveyor belt, rigidly connected by an outer wall with movable rods of vertically mounted linear displacement modules, equipped with heating elements and agitators with electric drives, the agitator shafts are equipped with sample distributors made in the form of cylindrical containers with side discharge holes in the area of the bottoms, while the second mating parts of the vacuum cups are made in the form of hemispheres fixed under the conveyor belt motionless with the base up, the outer diameters of the bases of which correspond to the outer diameters of the vacuum cups, while the bases of the hemispheres are closed with a reinforcing mesh kami flush with the end sides of their walls, and the top parts of the hemispheres are hermetically connected to the inputs to the vacuum system and the multichannel temperature controller. The X-ray fluorescence analyzer is made in the form of a small-sized analyzer located by an X-ray source perpendicular to the working surface of the conveyor belt and rigidly connected to the working body of a three-coordinate portal manipulator controlled by a programmable controller, while the outputs of the multichannel temperature controller are connected to heating elements, the outputs of the programmable controller are connected to the control inputs of the executive mechanisms of a three-axis gantry manipulator, the outputs of the material level sensor on the tape, the video camera and the small-sized analyzer are connected to the inputs of the control controller, and the outputs of the control controller are connected to the corresponding inputs of the elements of equipment for sampling, delivery, preparation and supply of samples for analysis, linear displacement modules, stirrer electric drives, adjustable electric drive of the conveyor, video camera, programmable controller and multi-channel tamper regulator tours.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measurements and the reliability of the system with an increase in the number of simultaneously controlled elements, improving performance and reducing the radiation hazard of the system operation.
