FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device for X-ray fluorescent analysis of the concentrating production pulps contains a sampler, a measuring chamber, a small-sized multi-channel X-ray fluorescence analyzer, an electronic unit for processing information and controlling the device. The sampler is in the form of an airlift, and the measuring chamber is designed as a flow tank with overflow. The device further comprises a dynamic sample divider, a transfer pump, a vacuum line, a vacuum pump, a vacuum gauge, a sample holder comprising a shell filter cartridge mounted on the movable rod comprising a toothed rack on the opposite end of the filter-cartridge body meshing with the pinion gear mounted on the rotor of the stepper motor controlled by the controller, a crimping mechanism, the device also further comprises an automatic switching valve to supply air to the airlift, to reset samples of the pulp to the drainage of the storage tanks, to dump the pulp to drain from circulation loop of the pulp sample flow into the measuring chamber, to supply water to the washing tank, to supply water to wash rollers, automatic three-way switching valve attach the vacuum line to the main line of sacrifices of water for flushing or to the suction inlet of the vacuum pump.
