FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of processing and transmitting data from satellite apparatus and consists of system (3) for fixing radiation and/or fields, system (1) for receiving and transmitting data to communication nodes, interface (4) for interaction with onboard hardware of the satellite and one or more complexes (2) for data processing. Each of data processing complexes (2) includes a computing unit and machine learning unit. Machine learning unit is preloaded with a program for controlling the neural network and for calculating machine learning algorithms, pre-conditioned neural networks and machine learning algorithms.
EFFECT: simple and high efficiency of transmitting data from satellite apparatus.
