FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention of claimed group relates to hot forming and can be used for production of clad sheet for fabrication of component by hot forming and manufacture of vehicle with said component. Clad sheet contains a base in the form of a steel sheet and an aluminum clad layer formed on one side or on both sides of the steel plate, and a protective film made of zinc-based metal soap is formed on it. Clad sheet may also contain a zinc oxide film formed on the surface of the aluminum clad layer. Film of metal soap is formed on surface of zinc oxide film. When hot forming, component of clad sheet is placed in mold with contact of film from metal soap with sliding surface of mold. Component produced by hot stamping is connected to vehicle with surface of metal soap film facing outer side of vehicle.
