FIELD: exercise machines.
SUBSTANCE: rowing simulator containing sliding rail (5), cushion (4), frame (1), leg supports (10), first pull-out handle (3), second pull-out handle (12) and resistance mechanism (2) connected to the first pull-out handle (3); one end of sliding rail (5) is connected to frame (1); cushion (4) is connected with sliding rail (5) with possibility of sliding; at the end of sliding rail (5), opposite to frame (1), there is a supporting base; and second pull-out handle (12) is located on supporting base. When using the rowing exercise machine, the user is sitting on cushion (4), his / her legs rest against leg supports (10), and the arms are pulled by the first pull-out handle (3) to perform the exercise, and the user can also draw the second pull-out handle (12) for performing comprehensive exercise.
