FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: sleeve includes braided tubular wall elongated in longitudinal direction relative to central longitudinal axis between opposite ends. Wall has a first state with a reduced length, a larger cross-section area and a second state with an increased length, a smaller cross-section area when considering a cross-section, which is usually perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis. Wall additionally includes woven thermally stabilized threads, which give the wall an inclination, where the inclination leads to the fact that the wall remains essentially in the first and second state at absence of some applied external force. Wall also includes at least one hole having periphery with continuous circle, limiting hole, where periphery is formed, at least partially, by woven threads changing one S or Z spiral direction to opposite S or Z spiral direction.

EFFECT: provided is a protective textile sleeve having at least one integrated hole, and a method for production thereof.
