FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering, in particular to actuators of gates of hydraulic structures, and can be used for their control. Drive consists of electric motor 1 connected by means of toothed coupling with reduction gear 4 transmitting rotation to two cargo drums 5, on which rope of cargo tackle 6 is wound, which holds weight 7, as well as main brake. Brake 2 is used as the main brake with cargo closure and electromagnetic opening, additionally equipped with manual opening system by means of jack located under brake lever. In the drive structure, the following additional elements are additionally included: driving handle 13 for manual lifting and lowering of gate 7, equipped with load brake 15, an additional reduction gear 12 with a high-speed shaft of which driving handle 13 is rigidly connected, planetary coupling, crown wheel 10 mobility is controlled by normally-closed shoe brake 3. Sun wheel 8 of the planetary coupling is connected by means of a gear clutch to the low-speed shaft of the additional reduction gear 12, and carrier 11 - also by means of a gear clutch - to the shaft of electric motor 1.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of lifting and lowering of gates at disconnection of power supply sources, including backup ones.
