FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to therapeutic dentistry, and aims at treating angular cheilitis caused by riboflavin deficiency. It is followed by blocking the lesion by administering mepivacaine “Skandonest" and "Riboflavin-mononucleotide" intramuscularly to a lesion in a quantitative ratio of 1:1. An aqueous solution of 2 % methylene blue is applied on the lesion. Further, the helium-neon laser is illuminated by a helium-neon laser of the lesion centre for 2 min in continuous mode with power of 10 W with the obligatory air gap of 0.5 cm. After single illumination with helium-neon laser for the next three days, the lesion is greased with "Gioxizon" ointment.
EFFECT: invention provides fast disease-free cure.
