FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a fluorine-substituted organic aliphatic compound (particularly [18F] fluoropropylcarbomethoxytropane) suitable for use as a radiopharmaceutical, including a step for reacting a fluorine salt with an aliphatic compound containing a substitutable group, using a multifunctional solvent, having chemical formula 1, to obtain an aliphatic compound labeled with [18F] fluoride. Aliphatic compound containing a substitutable group has formula N-(CH2) n-X2 or O-(CH2) n-X2, where group X2 is a substituted group, and n is an integer in range of 1–10, and the fluorine salt is used as a source [18F] fluoride is a compound containing fluorine-18. Method can additionally include a purification step by solid-phase extraction (TFE) using an ion-exchange TFE cartridge of formula 2.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of labeling, yield and purity of product.
