SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispenser for masses from liquid to pastelike. Dispenser (1) for masses of liquid to pastelike is developed. Dispenser for masses from liquid to pastelike includes dispenser head (4) and dispenser body (3). Delivery medium can be extracted from outlet (5) of dispenser head (4). Dispenser head (4) for performing discharge stroke when dispenser (1) is located on horizontally oriented support plane can move in shift direction (V) perpendicular to horizontal support plane between extended position and retracted position. Head (4) of the dispenser can further turn relative to dispenser body (3) so that dispenser outlet (5) moves when dispenser head (4) is turned in the horizontal plane. In addition, dispenser (1) has authenticity element (18), which is fixed on two parts of dispenser (1) made with possibility of rotation relative to each other, on one of parts by means of tearable web of material. Material web can be broken during rotation of dispenser head (4). Authenticity element (18) has geometrical closure ledges for interaction with forms of geometrical closure of dispenser head (4).

EFFECT: technical result of invention is to ensure reliability of operation of authentication element and preservation of its sealed state.
