FIELD: devices for bottling, emptying or pouring liquids.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dispensers for masses from liquid to pastelike. Dispenser (1) for masses from liquid to pastelike contains head (4) of a dispenser and body (3) of a dispenser. Dispenser head (4) for performing pumping motion in the movement direction is made with possibility to move relative to dispenser body (3), as well as with possibility of rotation relative to housing (3) of dosing device. Dispenser (1) comprises working chamber (6) with pump piston (10), inlet valve (7) and outlet valve (8). In distribution direction of mass behind outlet valve (8) dispensing line (11) is connected, which is divided into two sections movable relative to each other (12, 13). Sections (12, 13) due to movement relative to each other can be brought into a locked position, in which mass can not be dispensed, and into a pass position, in which mass can be issued. Sections (12, 13) in the regions facing each other are inserted into each other to form an inner part and an outer part. Between external wall of inner part and inner wall of outer part there can be a gate. Sections (12, 13) are movable relative to each other to change the position between the locked position and the throughput position without relative movement in the direction of movement. First section (13) on the base side carries pump piston (10) and is installed without possibility of rotation relative to dosing device (3), however, with the possibility of movement in working chamber (6) in the axial direction. Dispensing device (1) has ventilation opening (26) for accumulation space. Ventilation hole (26) in closed position is closed. Ventilation hole (26) is closed due to circumferential adjacency - by type of sealing edge - section (27) of housing (3) of dosing device to mating sealing section (28) of head (4) of dispenser.

EFFECT: technical result of group of inventions is improved locking properties and good ventilation.
