SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shoe sole, which comprises a main structure, which forms a support surface intended for access to the ground during use of the sole, and opposite sides of the sole, wherein the main structure comprises an upper layer facing, when used to the sole of the foot, a lower layer facing the ground and a reinforcing member disposed between the upper layer and the lower layer, wherein the reinforcing member is made from a material with higher rigidity compared to the lower layer, the reinforcing member comprising a front portion and a rear portion connected together by the connecting section, the through hole of the forefoot is formed on the front portion and the through hole of the posterior forefoot is formed on the posterior portion, and the through hole of the middle foot is formed between the connecting section and the lower layer.

EFFECT: more uniform distribution of loads for optimum use of forces involved in walking.
