FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: system of heating and keeping of the optimal temperatures of working liquids and oils in the plants of self-propelled machines comprising an internal combustion engine (ICE), a waste-heat circuit including a gas-liquid heat exchanger with a gas gate, a circulation pump, a thermal regulator, an expansion tank of the heating medium, supply and drain pipelines; a heat-consuming circuit, comprising the liquid-liquid heat exchanger of the engine cooling system connected in parallel with the gas-liquid heat exchanger, a thermal regulator, a liquid cooling radiator connected in parallel with the heat exchanger of the engine cooling system; the heat-consuming circuit comprising the liquid-oil heat exchanger of the engine lubricating system connected in parallel with the gas-liquid heat exchanger, a thermal regulator, an ICE oil cooling radiator connected in parallel with the heat exchanger of the engine lubricating system; the heat-consuming circuit comprising the liquid-oil heat exchanger of the gearbox connected in parallel with the gas-liquid heat exchanger, a thermal regulator, a gearbox oil cooling radiator connected in parallel with the gearbox heat exchanger; the heat-consuming circuits comprising liquid heat exchangers connected in parallel with the gas-liquid heat exchanger, with thermal regulators located on the external or internal surfaces of the gearbox casings, wherein it additionally has the transmitter of oil temperature in the gearbox, the transmitter of cooling liquid temperature in the ICE, the transmitter of oil temperature in the gearboxes of driving axles, a shutdown solenoid valve terminating the heating medium circulation via the heat exchangers of the cooling and lubricating systems of the ICE, a shutdown solenoid valve terminating the heating medium circulation through the heat exchanger of the gearbox lubricating system, a shutdown solenoid valve terminating the heating medium circulation through the heat exchangers of the driving axles and gearboxes, a bypass solenoid valve, a control box or an onboard PC.

EFFECT: reduced time of after start-up warming of the ICE and come transmission devices, increased economical efficiency, traction power, operation reliability in the wide range of ambient temperatures.
