FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to agriculture, in particular to means of increasing fertility of soil, and can be used on different soils when growing any agricultural crops. Method comprises uniform distribution of tobacco dust on surface of soil in amount of 2–8 t/ha, uniform application on treatment area of solution of mixture of poultry manure, at rate of 3 t/ha, pre-fermented with microbiological preparation "Baikal M1" and diluted in water with volume of 10,000–15,000 l/ha, sealing into soil with the help of discs at depth of 5–10 cm a month before expected planting or planting of crops.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase content of basic forms of mobile nutrient elements in soil, biological activity of soil, improve it by reducing pathogenic micromycetes, partially solve problem of safe disposal of tobacco dust and poultry manure.
