FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and can be used in fabrication of cleaning cloths for cleaning napkins, heads for mops, rags for dry and wet cleaning of premises, etc. Method of producing textile materials for cleaning products involves making two-web fabrics by interlacing of three bases, namely, ground, consisting of polyester threads with linear density of 32–38 tex with a number of filaments 68 and laminar lining coats of linear density of 50 tex × 2, and two pile bases, the first of which contains polyester microfibrillar filaments of linear density of 30–40 tex with number of filaments 576, and the second – polypropylene threads of linear density of 180–220 tex with number of filaments 135, with weft polyether threads of linear density of 80–90 tex with number of filaments 48, cutting tissue to form two pile of surface density of 600–760 g/m2, on the back side of the pile webs impregnation with the composition containing, g/l: polyvinyl acetate emulsion 110.0–120.0, dispersion of n-butylacrylate copolymer, vinyl acetate and methacrylic acid in ratio of 75:20:5 in mineral oil respectively in 6.0–10.0, glycerol 2.0–4.0, water up to 1 l, and drying.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of textile material for cleaning purposes and wider field of its application.
