FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and can be used in production of tarpaulin with light-resistant combined waterproof and bio-resistant with high water resistance (LCHW) trim for technical items used by power structures, MES and military. Method includes fabric production by weaving warp from cotton yarn with linear density of 100 tex and duck of twisted linen yarn of resultant linear density of 300-312 tex, dyeing and light-resistant combined waterproof and bio-resistant with increased water resistance (LCHW) finishing by impregnation with composition containing, g/l: cation-active paraffin dispersion based on C17-C35 petroleum wax of methane series and C36-C55 isomer structure in weight ratio of 80:20 respectively 150-170, preparation based on a mixture of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chlorides 10-15, triethanolamine borate 5-7, water up to 1 l, drying and calendering. At the same time the twisted linen yarn is made in three additions from the stratified boiled flax yarn of linear density of 100-104 tex with twist of 150-160 tw/m.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of canvas by increasing its strength properties, water resistance and biowaste.
