SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Autonomous mobile personal identification system comprises an electronic computing device, at least one data transmission device, at least one biometric data reading device, at least one mobile device and a self-contained power supply. Electronic computing device and data transmission device are made in single sealed housing with hermetically sealed ports for connection of peripheral devices and power sources. Biometric data reading device is one or more video cameras. Mobile device is any mobile device with possibility of installation of software for remote control of complex on it. At that, video stream from biometric data reading device by means of data transmission device arrives to electronic computer to create "template" of biometric data of subject and automatic comparison with available "templates" in database. When a sufficiently similar "template" is found in the base, the electronic computing device transmits an alarm notification to the mobile device using the data transmission device.

EFFECT: providing a self-contained mobile personal identification system with extended conditions of use.
